NTPC signed Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran (NRANVP), Chhattisgarh, a special area development authority constituted under Chhattisgarh Govt., for construction of new office premises adjacent to its present office at Nava Raipur. At a programme held at NTPC Nava Raipur office on May 29, 2024, Shri C Sivakumar, RED (WR-II, USSC & Ash NI), NTPC and Shri S.R. Shrivastava, Engineer-in-Chief, NRANVP signed the MOA in the presence of Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, NTPC and Shri Saurabh Kumar, CEO, NRANVP. Senior officials from NTPC and NRANVP were also present on the occasion.

To be constructed in 24 months with an estimated cost of Rs. 114.00 crore, the scope of work includes Architectural and Structural design consultancy services including conceptual plans, Construction of office & auditorium buildings, including internal and external electrification, HVAC, interior furnishing, firefighting, plumbing and allied services, Landscaping works including Quality Assurance and Control. The scope also includes all necessary approvals/permission from local, municipal and other Authorities as are applicable.
